Vi sköter bytet åt dig
När du vill gå vidare tar vi hand om hela övergången. Vi kontaktar din nuvarande anordnare, hanterar avtal och ser till att allt sker korrekt.
Bytet genomförs utan avbrott, så att din assistans fortsätter precis som vanligt.

Ny start – på dina villkor
När bytet är klart planerar vi din assistans framåt tillsammans. Fokus ligger på stabilitet, rätt personer och ett upplägg som fungerar i vardagen.
Du behåller kontrollen, och vi finns nära för uppföljning och justeringar när behoven förändras.
