Who can share their views or complaints?
We welcome anyone who is in any way affected by our operations to get in touch. It could be you as a customer or student, a relative, neighbor, partner – or anyone else who wants to share their experiences.
We also receive feedback from authorities such as the Swedish Health and Care Inspectorate (IVO), the Swedish School Inspectorate and the Patient Advisory Board, especially if something has not gone as it should or if our quality has not met your expectations.
No matter who you are, your voice matters. Together we create a safer and more caring business for everyone.
How can I share my comments and complaints?
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get in touch – in the way that feels safe and comfortable for you. Here are some ways you can choose from:
